Frequently Asked Questions

You can email a request for a quote via the email form below or via DM on our Instagram and Facebook accounts at heartbakeradelaide.  Please include all details as listed below the form. We promise to respond within 48hrs with a quote or request for additional information if required.  If you advise you are as excited as us to then proceed with the booking, we will email an invoice to confirm all the order details.  A 50% deposit is then required to secure the booking with balance due 2 weeks from your event date.

This all depends on the product selected and if there is any requirement for special items such as custom toppers, fondant moulded items, custom stamps etc.  As a general rule 2 weeks is enough time to source all items required to fulfill a custom order. 

At this stage we only offer Vanilla Gluten Free cake or cupcakes.  We do not offer lactose/dairy-free, Vegan or sugar-free at this stage.

Heart Baker is a council-approved and insured home-based business based in Huntfield Heights, South Australia and is available by appointment only.  If you request pick-up of your order, full address details will be included on your invoice. 

Personal, secure delivery is available at additional cost and is individually quoted based on distance/time from Huntfield Heights, South Australia.  If you would like a quote for this please provided delivery address required on your inquiry. 

Unfortunately, with the exception of sugar cookies, all other items are not able to be posted/sent via courier.
